All products that are in stock when we receive the order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday (does not include UPS transit times). Due to the popularity of Muck Boot™ products we try to ensure appropriate inventory levels at all times. However, if we are temporarily out of stock or are unable to fill your order regardless of the reason we will contact you immediately via email with the estimated ship date of your order, or with a suggested substitution. Please keep in mind certain times of the year (i.e. peak season, holidays, etc.) may effect items in transit. If you need your order within a certain time frame you MUST use an express shipping option to guarentee delivery.

We offer FREE UPS regular ground service within the 48 Continental United States for orders totaling $49.00 or more before applicable taxes (TN residents only). All orders less than $49 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $6.95. Other shipping methods are available in the continental U.S. which include UPS next day air, UPS second day air or UPS Saturday delivery. Every attempt will be made to ship Express orders placed prior to 12:00 noon EST on the same day.  If you prefer any shipping method other than UPS regular ground service please notify us via email at with your request. We will then notify you of the ship date and the extra charges that will be billed to your credit card. Due to the added expense for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii there will be a flat shipping rate of $30.00 for each shipment. All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped U.S. Postal Service or UPS via standard ground method. We do not ship to a PO Box via UPS. Also, we are not responsible for shipping delays on the part of UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.  Any order paid for with a E-Check through PayPal will not be shipped until the check has cleared, which normally takes 3-7 business days, regardless of shipping method .

We now are shipping to Canada!!! Upon checkout you must select UPS standard ground shipping option and will be assessed a flat rate of $35 (this covers ground shipping & import charges but customer is responsible for Canadian taxes).

All orders are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days after being placed.  Please use the shipping chart above to estimate your order arrival.

Once UPS has scanned your order into their system, we will provide you with the tracking number so you can track your order online. Please provide a valid email address with your order. 

Orders must be addressed to a physical location (sorry, no PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States.

Sizing Tips

How are Muck Boots™ sized?

Customers should simply select Muck Boot™ products based on their standard "athletic" shoe size. Please check the size label inside your most recent pair of athletic shoes prior to ordering or purchasing a pair of Muck Boots™.

Shoes & Boots: Those who wear half-sizes should move up to the next whole size.

If your boots or shoes are slightly loose we recommend wearing a thick pair of socks or simply add an additional insole to adjust for the extra room.

Best fit can be achieved by wearing a medium-weight athletic sock. For use with ski socks, fleece or heavy wool socks, select the next size up. Orthotics and moulded sockliners can be used with Muck Boots™.

Sales Tax

 NO SALES TAX... Except for residents of the state of Tennessee, which are required to pay 9.75% sales tax on all orders.
